Peanut Ball Rental (DELIVERED to your home)
Using a peanut ball during labour may have many benefits! Decreased length of labour, shorter pushing time, less risk of interventions…Rent your peanut birth ball to have at 37 weeks, and return it to us once baby has delivered.
A peanut ball is a great birthing tool! Open up that pelvis! This “peanut” shaped ball dips in the centre, so a mom can wrap her legs around it, get in different positions, and change the shape of her pelvis. A mom can use this tool during labour to aid labour progress while she is laying in bed, or use it in early labour at home.
The peanut ball will be delivered to your home (must be in the Edmonton area), and picked up after baby has delivered. Please have ball sanitized with provided wipes prior to pick up. If ball is damaged, or not able to be picked up within 14 days of due date, the client will be charged the full cost of the peanut ball.
